Yas has several years experience working in mobile wellbeing.
She specialises in Lymphatic Drainage and Post-Operative Care alongside Reflexology.
Aiding the lymphatic system, Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage can support a healthy lifestyle, compromised immune systems alongside targeting water retention or skin tone.
Reflexology, practiced just on the feet as well as hands or face, can not only balance the body but can also aid peri and onset of menopausal symptoms as well as conceiving with Reproflexology methods as taught by Barbara Scott and also Sally Kay MLD Reflexology.
I am currently practicing Breathwork as a student and able to take on new clients in 2026.
